i cant move or grab empty gamepbject in scene view in 2d?

Question

i cant move or grab empty gamepbject in scene view in 2d?
please help

I see no arrows also at all although it is 2d game I should be able to move the empty object its not letting me move it at all I select it and see its selected but cannot move it at all ive tried everything the other objects can be selected and easily moved but the empty pone nothing
