how to change the recttransform to clicktomouse ?

I want to make a mark on the click of the mouse, as RTS / MOBA . So I created an animation of an image in canvas, but I can't change the position of the picture using as references the " Raycasthit " . Canvas can't use the " transform.postition " . I'm doing the project in NavMesh . help me?! I'm a beginner..
