Gear VR app doesn't launch when inserted into device

I’ve built a Gear VR app in Unity with Oculus VR enabled and the proper OSIG files included. When I deploy it to my device and tap it to run, it brings up the popup instructing me to insert it into the Gear VR, as expected. However once I do so, it goes straight to the Oculus Home menu instead of my app. I’ve tested this on a Samsung Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy S6 with the same result on both. I’m using Unity 5.4.0f3 and both devices have the latest updates to the Oculus Service.

Same problem here. Does anyone have an answer to this question?
