Camera should show new objects when we move the screen

Hello, I am beginner in unity. We are developing an augmented reality project. I created a web camera on a plane in unity. When I place the object on this camera, it remains in that place though we move the camera.

I want to create an application where I place objects outside the focus of camera(plane) and when I move the camera , I should be able to view the objects which are outside the view.
