Multiple movie textures of the same file?

Im using movie texture for explosions though you cannot have more then one explosion i the scene or it plays were the other one left of and you cant reset by frame or it resets all explosions in the scene, is it possible to have multiple video textures of the same video?

@zak666, I'm trying to do something similar but actually do want to play the same video file synchronized (and simultaenous) in several different places at once. Could you provide snippets of your code on how you handle the explosion video playback?
