Sharing video to instagram

I have functionality in my app (android) to save video of gameplay process to device, after user finishing record I want to add possibility to share recorded video to instagram, how it's possible to make it?

I see that process like after recording video appear "share" button, after user click on it, instagramm app launch with selected recorded video.
