Nav Mesh agent is changing y position

Hi I have problem with my Nav mesh agent. basic y position of my gameobject is 0, but when I start game, the position is changing to 0.1191887. I discovered that is caused by nav mesh agent, when i turn of the agent the position is not changing. I discovered also that when i pause the game and resume its working ok. Do you know what may be reason for that?

I have the same problem right now. Anyone any idea?
