what happens if crowdfund my unity game and or I no longer subscribe to unity after deploying?

Yo wassup people.

How does Unity deal with developer(s) who use crowdfund?

says here that if I’m a commercial entity and make over 100k in crowdfund I can’t use the personal version and have to subscribe. if it’s just me and a group of guy in basement with no office, is that commercial entity? lol

how the heck will unity know how much I make off kickstarter? They want me to report all those info to after my goal is reach? what if I decided half way through project I wanna abandon unity and use something else? they gonna repay me for unnecessary subscription?

After I release the game using pro/plus subscription, can I stop subscribing and still be able to make over 100K?

Will I still be able to edit a game I deployed using the pro/plus version if I’m no longer a subscriber? Based off this

I was assuming I can no longer edit a game I upload If I stop subscribing

Sounds scary man! I don’t wanna get arrested or go to court for using this engine wrong way! I don’t wanna sign my life away. Someone please answer my question simply. I’m not smart and nooby here.

If your revenue (from crowd funding or anywhere else) exceeds $100,000, you must buy a Pro licence. Yes, even if you use it in your mom’s basement. They don’t know for sure how mich you earn, but if they suspect you of being in breach of the terms of the free licence they may suspend your account until you prove your financial accounts. No they don’t pay you back a subscription that you don’t use. If you are no longer a Pro subscriber, you can no longer use any Pro features, but any game you previously published will continue to work.
