What is the jar file you are missing? Have you set your JAVA_HOME? @soltan

Set SDK path Properly as follows. Sometimes you get confused about bin; at the end of the path. if Bellow image does not show properly download and see...

I set path without that.

The Control panel was replaced with settings. This method no longer works.
