Black Screen on Startup (Solutions about package files not working!!!)

I just formatted my pc (windows 7 64 bit). after format i installed unity but when I run the exe startup screen appears black. i looked for solutions about appdata folder (package files) but it still not working. I also reinstalled tried different versions of unity,tried 32 bit versions but can not fix it. again none of the solutions about black/gray screen issue not working for me. pls help.

Unity 4 is working fine problem is in unity 5.
