Convert .asset to simple texture?

Hello! I am importing assets from a third party software (AGF Pro), but the scene is build with texture with .asset extension that cannot be modified, so my assets throw some errors and cannot work properly. As i am a completely newbie, is it possible to convert .asset to texture so they can be modified in advanced options? Thanks to everyone!
