5.5.0f3 personal android splash screen display problems

Question

My game worked fine with the previous version splash screen but since upgrading there are problems. I tested on 2 devices:

Nexus7 tablet - the splash displays as a grey panel with coloured banding across the top. Phone - at first I thought that the splash was not displaying at all, then I realised that it was there (and correct) but very, very faint. Only visible in a good light.

I tried with background image and logos, and with the default settings with no background or logo. No difference.

The logcat shows nothing relevant (at least I think not relevant). Any ideas anyone? alt text

We have a patch out this week that should fix this issue 5.5.0p3. If it does not please file a bug report.

The fix is a bit delayed so it will make it into the next patch (5.5.0p4) which is planned for next week.
