Javascript how to make my player gain exp from an enemy dead

So, im a noob in JS programming, but i need to finish this code for a homework... im making a style of rpg game, and trying to make my player to gain certain amount of exp when the enemy is killed but i cannot access the variables between both scripts...

This my script for the Player: #pragma strict

var Level : int = 1; static var Exp1: float = 0; var Exp: float = 0; var HP : float = 200; var MP: float = 100; var DIE : boolean = false; var Regen : boolean = true; var Cure : boolean = false; Exp = Exp1;

var enm: GameObject; var enemy : Object = enm.GetComponent(Enemy); var die: boolean = enemy.DIE; var prizex: int = enemy.PrizExp;

function Start () {

}

function Update () {

 if (MP < 100){
 MP += 0.2*Time.deltaTime;
 }
 if(HP < 200 && DIE == false && Cure==true){
 Regen = true;
 }
 else Regen = false;

 if(HP <= 0){
 DIE= true;
 }
 if (Regen == true) {
 HP += 1*Time.deltaTime;
 }
 if (Exp >= 200*Level) {
 Level += 1;
 Exp = 0;
 }

And this for the Enemy

Enemy #pragma strict

var LevelE : int = 1; var EExp: float = 0; static var EExp1: float = 0; var HPE : float = 200; var MPE: float = 100; var DIE : boolean = false; var RegenE : boolean = true; var PrizExp : int = 0;

function Start () {

} function Update () {

 if (MPE < 100){
 MPE += 5*Time.deltaTime;
 }
 if(HPE < 200 && HPE >=0.1 && DIE == false){
 RegenE = true;
 }

 else RegenE=false;

 if(HPE <= 0){
 DIE = true;
 }

 else DIE = false;

 if (DIE == true) {
 PrizExp = 200*0.1;
 }

 else PrizExp = EExp*0.1;

 if (DIE == true){
 Destroy (this.gameObject,3);
 }

 if (RegenE == true) {
 HPE += 10*Time.deltaTime;
 }

 EExp1 = EExp;

 if (EExp >=0) {
 EExp += 1*Time.deltaTime;
 }
 if (EExp >= 2000*LevelE) {
 LevelE +=1;
 }
