Cant get unity remote 5 on iphone to work

I have downloaded the sdk for apple iphone, i have also changed the build setting for unity and the project settings to suite the iphone. It has found my iphone as it has a setting for it, but when i press play with eh unity remote app running nothing happens. I have also restarted my pc and iphone

Please help!!

Try downloading iTunes on your PC.
