Shader? Light magnifying wall??

EXAMPLE: When I start my game and look at the wall and turn on/off my flashlight the wall has a weird Effect.

What's the problem? That video looked exactly like the expected behaviour of a spotlight to me.

The popping-in and out is due to the normal map of your material and is totally normal. However, you still might want to go in photoshop and invert the green-channel of it, see if it improves your worry
