Change Materials On Touch

Hi Guys,

Basically, I'm a beginner at Unity 5.... Just to get it out there.

I'm looking for a few tutorials on how to change materials just by touching the object. I'm going to be using a joystick for the game and I can't seem to find any tutorial where one can change colour/material while using a joystick on a tablet.

PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS
