Photon PUN, HTC Vive camera prefab over network instantiation

How do I Instantiate the CameraRig properly? I'm using Photon.IsMine but yet one client is moving the other clien'ts prefab.

Should I be Instantiating the child of CameraRig separately?

Should I have Network View on CameraRig children? And how would I do that, because it doesn't work when I do it. Thanks!
