Unity playmode bug

Hi! I have recently switched to a new laptop with windows 10 on it. i was pumped to try working on games with better performance, but i was quite disappointed when i found out that when i enter playmode, black screen pops up with a small window with the game itself, but it is not working at all. I cannot quit it anyhow. i can only switch off the Unity. it looks like this:

how can i fix this?
