How to make a user guide screen

I want to make a user guide for the first time he opens the app, to show him that he can rotate the object I want to show an image like this and when he touches on the screen the arrow disappears, I was thinking that I can make an arrow image follows a path and then when the user react to it the arrow goes away, but I don't know if it is the best approach, just to be more clear, it is like a showcase view on android
