Canvas screenpspace overlay for a particular camera

So I have six cameras in a games which are rendering different stations of a submarine. I was thinking of creating a canvas which has screenspace overlay for a specific camera. But when I change the Render Mode in the canvas to screenspace overlay it only shows up for the first camera. So then I changed the Render Mode to screenspace camera and added the specific camera to Render Camera field. But I am not able to see the GUI elements on that camera. Can someone tell me how can I have a screen overlay for a specific camera?
