Question by NovaDrox · Feb 28, 2017 at 04:45 AM · lerpchangevaluevalues

My lerp is not working down

So, I have my lerp go up and stop at my Sprint speed, but when I let go of my shift key, the value doesn't go back back to move speed. Can someone help me out?

 [Header("Player Controll")]
 public float MoveSpeed;
 public float SprintSpeed;
 public float TimeToSprint;
 public float TurnSpeed;
 public float JumpForce;
 public float Gravity;

 public float TimePass = 0;

 private void Update()
 {
     VerticalVelocity -= Gravity * Time.deltaTime;

     if (Input.GetAxisRaw("Jump") != 0 && Controll.isGrounded)
     {

         VerticalVelocity = JumpForce;
     }

     Vector3 moveDir = new Vector3(0, VerticalVelocity, 0);
     moveDir.x = Input.GetAxis("Horizontal") * MoveSpeed;
     moveDir.y = VerticalVelocity;
     moveDir.z = Input.GetAxis("Vertical") * MoveSpeed;
     Controll.Move(transform.TransformDirection(moveDir) * Time.deltaTime);

     if (Input.GetKey(KeyCode.LeftShift))
     {
         if (TimePass < 1)
         {
             TimePass += Time.deltaTime * TimeToSprint;
             MoveSpeed = Mathf.Lerp(MoveSpeed, SprintSpeed, TimePass);
         }
     }
     else
     {
         if (TimePass > 0)
         {
             TimePass -= Time.deltaTime * TimeToSprint;
             MoveSpeed = Mathf.Lerp(MoveSpeed, SprintSpeed, TimePass);
         }
     }
