Player paypal payout

Question

Hi,

I know that you can setup a paypal store in-game, but I also want to make some sort of casino, and I want to setup automatic payouts to the players. Can someone point me to the right direction on how to do that?

If I'm not mistaken that would break Unitys EULA unless you have Gambling license. https://store.unity.com/industries/gambling
