Unable to install android build from different system.

Hi, I have a project say Project1, company name COMPANY. My bundle identifier is com.company.project1. Now I have 2 system and if I am making a build from 1st system and install it in a android device with OS 6 it gets installed but when I try to to overwrite it with a build from 2nd system (Same project, same bundle identifier) it says app not installed, I have to uninstall the previous build to install the 2nd build. Same happens for vice versa. Also if I make build from same system and try to overwrite it, works fine. So I would like know what is causing this issue. This issue only happens in android OS ver6(MarshMallow) works fine for lower android OS version.

I am using Unity 5.4.1 in both the system.
