How Do i achieve a glowing edge shader like this

I came across this and wanted to know how do I achieve a shader that will give me similar results to this one, glowing edges ? alt text

You would do it exactly as it's done here; through a pre-made texture. There's no real way to access edges in a shader without using advanced shaders, i.e. hull/domain shaders.

There's a reason they're 'advanced'. Their implementation in Unity is somewhat convoluted, not to mention completely undocumented. The only real reference to DX10/11 shaders is through invoking of pre-built Unity made functions. It takes a fair bit of research to understand hull/domain shaders, and even more to understand their implementation in Unity. If it were easy, I would help you write it. Unfortunately, I can only make suggestions; hence this being a comment.
