Good Prototyping assets.

Hi!

I'm new to Unity, but not new to game design.

I'm working as a one man shop at the moment, and learning a lot of dev stuff all at once.

I have a lot to absorb, and I was wondering if there are any great suggestions for prototyping tools/assets. My MVP needs to be a dude walking around a house (first person) that is able to pick up items (and maybe interface with them), some kind of menu, and I need to build a navmesh for an AI that sneaks around the player as they go around the house (I imagine I will have to build t$$anonymous$$s by hand, but if you have good assets, pass 'em over).

Ultimately that enemy will need more details, the items will all have their own functions, menus will be changed, yada yada yada. So just looking for short cuts to get t$$anonymous$$s little broken gen running.

PS. House is already modeled
