Unity Certification > Paid for the Course yet all content is blocked??

I paid for online certification course with unity3d.com.
I can login but the course only gives me a blank white page for all the course content. unity is charging me to access the course, but does not allow me to see any contents of the course.

I've sent many emails to unity for a few days now and unity is not responding at all.

I don't like paying to access the certification course content while unity is only giving me blank white screens and ignoring my every attempt to get access to what I paid for. Unity received my payment and sent me a confirmation email, the bank also confirmed that unity received my money.
