Ricochet Problem of a rotating ball.

I understand the ricochet a object with a facing point. But i can't wrap myself around on how to execute a ball that is constantly rotating through its travel and calculate the correct ricochet for the ball disregarding its rotation. (Essentially i want the ball to rotate but the ricochet will have nothing to do with it being rotating, but this means i cannot use .forward as direction).

I have attempted to execute this using Addforce but cannot get the reflect function to work properly.
