Corrupt file

So, my file was working fine up until t$$anonymous$$s morning when i opened it. As soon as i opened it a tab popped up reading "Opening file D:/SPAce/library/metadata/bf/bfd7db45a5882c74b9ddf3cecbc2fd4b.info: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." It gavis me the optin to try again, force quit, or cancel. When i try to press try again or cancel, the tab just immediately opens up again. It only goes away if I click force quit. Someone please help I need to be able to access t$$anonymous$$s file for a school project.
