Username tagging not working

Okay to be precise you can't type an "@" because it seems like this is the shortcut for Blockquote. So you can't tag a user in your comment.

I'm using a german keyboard layout, the shortcut for "@" is Right Alt + Q.

Btw: I copy pasted the "@" to be able to use it in this thread.
