Simply use Scene Manager, e.g.:

SceneManager.LoadScene("MyScene");

Here You can read something more about this topic:

First, make sure that at the top, it says:

 using System.Collections;
 using System.Collections.Generic;
 using UnityEngine;
 using UnityEngine.SceneManagement;

Then, you can use this line of code to load a specific scene based on the scene's index number:

 SceneManager.LoadScene (sceneBuildIndex:/*Put the number here*/);

Or, you can use this script to load a scene based on the name of a scene:

 SceneManager.LoadScene (sceneName:"Put the name of the scene here");
