[Help] Trying rotate a cube sideways when jumping.

I'm having trouble trying to get my cube to just rotate once every jump 180 degrees. Right now it just keeps rotating as long as I hold down the key until i come to the ground. I just want it to flip once and land.

[Here's my Function for jumping and rotating the cube.]

void PlayerJumping () { Vector3 val = rb.velocity; val.z = moveSpeed; rb.velocity = val;

     if (Physics.Raycast (transform.position, Vector3.down, GetComponent<BoxCollider> ().size.y / 2 + 0.4f)) 
     {
         Quaternion rot = transform.rotation;
         rot.z = Mathf.Round (rot.z / jumpHeight);
         transform.rotation = rot;
 
         if (Input.GetKeyDown (KeyCode.Space))
         {
             rb.velocity = Vector3.zero;
             rb.AddForce (Vector3.up * jumpHeight);
         }
     } 
     else if (Input.GetKey (KeyCode.RightArrow))
     {
         transform.Rotate(Vector3.back * spinSpeed * Time.deltaTime);
     }
     else if (Input.GetKey (KeyCode.LeftArrow))
     {
         transform.Rotate(Vector3.forward * spinSpeed * Time.deltaTime);
     }

}
