Video Import Error. (QuickTimeTool Error?)

I just want to import Video file (.Mp4, 37MB, 360 degree Youtube Video). to use as movie texture. Also Installed QuicktimePlayer.

But There is 2 cases of error

QuicktimeTool.exe Uses amount of memory >> 10~15 min after >> Bug Report or PC Stop.
Import Error code 0x00... 512d? (sorry I will check again soon). I searched that error. Someone suggested upgrade Graphic driver. but It doesn't work.

p.s] I also tried VLC Converter to convert Mp4 to Ogg. It was imported successfully but Can't use Movie Texture.. It looks just audio format. Am I wrong?
