Short looping videos on Mobile platforms

Hello everybody, I would like to play and loop short videos on UI Image or RawImage on iOS/Android. I was satisfied with MovieTextures until I found out they aren't supported on mobile platforms. Then I found Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie but it pause game and that I don't want. I have tried new Unity VideoPlayer too but i don't know why didn't work on android build. Please do you know some other ways how to display videos on mobile platforms or how to implement some Free MovieTexture plugins or what I could done wrong with VideoPlayer?
