How can I upload image with data using post api and how to get the response ?

Hello , Can anyone know how to upload an Image with past data on server using post api and get the response accordingly ?

please Help me .

Check out WWW and WWWForm. The Scripting Reference page for WWWForm has an example for uploading an image.
