Weird shadow on deformed mesh

Left one is the original mesh with texture and the right is slightly deformed one after binding skin in Maya.

There's a point light just a few meters in front of them.

Why does the right one have weird shadow on his face??

The right one has shadow on his deformed part even without albedo and normal map. alt text

NVM. I just fixed this by letting Unity calculate normals.
