How do I find the edge inside a two color image?

Hi, I have an image with two colors, black and white, and inside of it I have silhouette being rendered.

Do you guys have any idea if there is a simple algorithm to translate that edge to a series of points?

The only stuff I can find online is for complex edge detection while my case is really simple Thanks!
