Send data through usb using android phone

Hi

I've been trying to make a project where I have one unity app on a phone and an another on a PC. The phone app will have some sort of a control panel, and connected through USB to the PC and using the phone app (pressing buttons) will trigger some content on the PC app.

So the android phone app will send signals through the USB to the PC and the app on the PC will recognize it and respond accordingly.

I've tried this with Arduino and it's simple but we need to use multiple phones and connect to one PC and I'm having a hard time doing this so far.

Any help ? Plugin or anything ?
