Can Unity Answers display full dates?

So, I was wondering if it's possible to edit some setting to make the dates that Unity Answers displays display as full dates, with the year? There are some times where I'm looking for answers, but I'd rather know w$$anonymous$$ch answers were fresh and w$$anonymous$$ch were 3 years old, instead of just knowing that the answers were made on April 26th, no year given.
