Android Status and Navigation bars appears in fullscreen after blocking the screen.

Hello everyone,

I've been having a problem for over a month now, that I am unable to fix. We are developing a game on mobile devices and everything works fine on iPhones, but we are constantly receiving bug reports from one of our testers about the status and navigation bars in their android.

The bug appears after blocking and unlocking the phone. The navigation bar appears on screen with two buttons missing and also the status bar pops and cannot be hidden. Here are the screenshots:

The phone model having the issue is Huawei P8 Lite (5.0 Lollipop). We are unable to reproduce it on our Galaxy S6 and Xiaomi Redmi 4X which may be connected to them not having onscreen navigation bar. I've been researching this issue for a while however I don't have much experience with native android app development and we don't have much time and resources to try and experiment with the native code injections.

I would be grateful for any hints or clues.
