Soomla store build problem.

I cloned Soomla's unity3d-store project fromGithub and was following their setup instructions. We are required to:

Clone this repository recursively: git clone --recursive https://github.com/soomla/unity3d-store.git
Run ./build_all from project directory

But when i run ./build_all I get an error

[javac] error: error reading unity3d-store/submodules/android-store-google-play/libs/IInAppBillingService.jar; error in opening zip file

I am not sure what is causing this error. I made sure I don't have multiple copies of IInAppBillingService.jar in the project folder. Let me know if anyone knows what is going on here. Thanks in advance.
