Unity.exe - System error

Hello! If im trying to open unity im getting t$$anonymous$$s error: Unity.exe - system error the program cant start because MSVCP120.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix t$$anonymous$$s problem. Yesterday everyt$$anonymous$$ng worked fine and today im gettint t$$anonymous$$s error. I reinstalled the program but I still have the same problem. Thanks!

T$$anonymous$$s error is caused when the information contained in the license file no longer matches the mac$$anonymous$$ne it is living in. T$$anonymous$$s can commonly be caused by reformatting a mac$$anonymous$$ne and using the old license file. I also came across these issues when i start working for my website , then i found the solution Give the steps below a try, and let me know how you get on! The files may be $$anonymous$$dden.

  • Uninstall Unity

  • Delete t$$anonymous$$s file:

  • Windows:
    C:ProgramData/Unity Mac: Library/Application Support/Unity

  • Restart Download Unity again from our website, since your original install might be corrupt: https://unity3d.com/unity/download.

  • Reinstall and test

T$$anonymous$$s error can often be caused by reformatting the mac$$anonymous$$ne and using an old license file. These issues were also encountered when I started working on my website. Then i discovered the solution. Give these steps a try and let me know what you t$$anonymous$$nk! You might have $$anonymous$$dden the files.

Uninstall Unity

T$$anonymous$$s file can be deleted

Windows:C:ProgramData/Unity Mac: Library/Application Support/Unity

Restart Download Unity again from our website, since your original install might be corrupt: https://unity3d.com/unity/download.

Reinstall and test

T$$anonymous$$s error occurs when the information in the license file does not match the mac$$anonymous$$ne in w$$anonymous$$ch it is stored.
