Updating project form 4 to 5.6 getting two [Physics.PhysX] cleaning mesh failed errors and cannot build. How do I track down what is causing error?

I have migrated a project from unity 4 to 5.6. There are no errors in Unity 4. I unfortunately have to do this because I need the project to be able to use the Oculus Rift Consumer Edition. Also I have migrated from OSX to Windows 10. I can build the project with developer mode turn on and it works fine in the Editor.

I have seen other questions about cleaning mesh errors on the forum and they all tend to relate to colliders and scale. I am not familiar with reading Unity Error Logs and I am hopeful that someone can help me identify which component is the problem. I have gone through everything that has a collider and checked scale of the parent object or group to make sure nothing was set to zero. One thought I have had is that the OVRPlayerController prefab has no actual mesh, only the Collider. Could this be the issue?

When the build fails it says it fails due to 2 player errors. Actually, I just built it again with development mode unchecked, but error logging turned on in Player Settings and it built. I am worried that even though it built and runs I may be in for crashes in the operation of the game. I have one of the mouse axes tied to rotation and I notice that there is lag and a hop when I rotate 360 degrees, but not when I move forward or back. Could this be a hint to where the problem lay? Thanks ahead of time.
