Unity Freeze on "Play"

Hello,

I'm having a huge problem with Unity, when I click on "Play" Unity just freeze and I can't do nothing beside kill the process with Task Manager.

It happens when I change build options (e.g. from x86_64 to x86 or from PC to Android) too.

In this gif I try to show what happen (after I clicked on "Play" I try to stop but nothing happen).

I have this issue with every project, even if I make a new one
