How to ignore\hide\filter certain folders from unity compiler?

I have two folders ,for example folder A and B, they contain some resource file , but I don not want them to be contained by unity compiler when building the project.

I don't want to change the folder name to .A and .B or any other special folder name for unity. So any other way can do this?

If you make a folder called Editor it will not be compiled. Then create your folder A and B as subfolders of that. I don't know of any other ways to omit folders from being build with the project, although I read somewhere that files that are not used in the project are not added to the build.

Thank you, I'll think about this method.But it is similar to the way that change the folder to special folder.Finally, no other way to solve this problem,i'll consider these.

That's right. On build, Unity will compile only assets that are used in your scenes. It checks references/dependencies. Resources folder is an exception, it will be compiled whole.
