Ragdoll body part not moving

Just trying to figure out why my ragdoll doesn't quite work right. I have used the wizard a few different times with a few different attachment points. All came across with the same problem. It's like the pelvis of the character is stuck in mid air when I enable the ragdoll. Animations play on this character great so I don't think it is a bone problem. I am leaning toward a character joint component problem, but don't really know where to start. Are there any suggestions of things that I could try?alt text

So I figured it out. After a bit of testing I found that I needed to add a new character joint above where I added the pelvis bone according to my hierarchy. So I added a character joint on the object above the pelvis bone and a new rigidbody in the hierarchy above the character joint. Then i connected the rigidbody to character joint. Then everything stopped stretching like this.

Yes this might be possible that people are struggling in windows 10 font size changing so we have create a website which can help you out from font size changing issues.

I had this issue as well, in my case the mesh was attached to the actual root bone. I went into Blender and removed the Vertex group that was connected, and that fixed the issue without having to rely on an extra joint.
