Ads dashboard website keep refreshing?

Yesterday this problem happened, I don't know why. I can't go to this website: https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com/

When I logined, this website keep refreshing and refreshing again.

It keep jumping to https://api.unity.com/v1/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Foperate.dashboard.unity3d.com%2Fauth%2Funity%2Fcallback&state=….

All I can think of is to clean your cache, cookies and perhaps do a "Hard reload" of the page you are trying to access?

Im asking since Im having no problem accessing the page with either browser. Feels related to those possibilities.
