BAD Lighting Artifacts

I've been knocking some t$$anonymous$$ngs off my development list (mainly 3D models). thus I've been doing mass imports of assets. I believe it's caused a lightmap issue that I can't seem to fix or find any error codes. Here's a Screenshot: alt text
