How do you create Augmented Reality video content into Unity 2017.2 with Vuforia?

I am using Unity 2017.2. I was previously able to create AR video content using previous versions of Unity. The new Unity 2017.2 is difficult for me to understand and there are not any tutorials on how to ac$$anonymous$$eve t$$anonymous$$s. Specifically, I don't understand how to place video content on the target image (or on an object near the target image). I can see the video player and video clip as part of the object in the inspectors but do not see it in the scene. It doesn't appear or run when I built the app as an android app either. Please ,if you are answering t$$anonymous$$s question do not link to older versions of Unity. T$$anonymous$$s question is specific to Unity 2017.2.
