Sync non-player animation with legacy RPC

Hi,

I have a game that uses the legacy RPC to sync player Animation component.
I need to apply the same to the non-player objects. For example when I start the game I generate a random maze with a mazeGenerator script Start() method.
The thing is that currently I get two different mazes for Server and Client.
How can I do a single unique Maze shared for both Server and Client?.
And I also have trapDoors made with Animation that when ServerPlayer one of them the ClientPlayer don't see the trap opened.
How can I sync that Animations, with RPC?
