I want to convert a video(mp4) onto a mesh(panorama)(jpg pic) which moves according to gyro in Unity 3D. like amazon 360 product view or fyuse on android

I want to convert a video(mp4) onto a mesh(panorama)(jpg pic) which moves according to gyro on a plane. so to create a(kind of) gyro controlled video player,please do help me I am a beginner. I managed to move the camera according to phone movements but someone please help me with the mp4 video to plane converting script.
